This man keep my car for more than 3 months and he NEVER FIX IT, he leave my car even worst!!!!!!! Everyday was something different, a new piece to buy, something new broken, but at the end my car not even run’s!!!! Now my car is at another mechanic fixing the mess that this man did!!!!

I wouldn't recomend this service to anybody.very bad experience.Terrible. Mechanic Efrein looked at my truck, gave me an estimate to do the engine inframe,I agreed to it and he asked for half of the money upfront, and i gave it to him. He didn't start working on it for months, he was giving me different excuses for not starting the job. It took him 7 months, from july until march to finish it. When he finaly said that he finished the job ,I paid for it and started driving it. Drove for 920 miles and engine died. They opened the engine at another shop in Tennesee and found that actualy inframe wasn't even done, only few new parts were found inside the engine. It was done just enough so I can drive my truck out of the shop,so they could charge me for work that they were supposed to do ,and that they told me that they did, but they did not do it.

I took my RAM 2500 to the dealership for a DEF pump replacement. They informed me I had an oil leak but their diesel mechanic was not capable of making the repairs. I found MDS through a Google maps search and sent them a text message. They replied within a couple hours. I dropped my truck off and by the end of the week they had her all fixed up and ready to go. It ended up being a rear main seal that was leaking. Very friendly and helpful service. I will be bringing my truck back to them in the future if and when any other repair services are needed. On a side note they do mechanic work on all types of vehicles not just diesel engines. Also their location shows them up in the Pebble Creek area of New Tampa but they are actually located down near Broadway and Orient Rd in east Tampa area. The shop is located on east side of N 73rd St between Broadway and E 14th Ave. Highly recommend if you need a mechanic

I was stuck on the road at 9:30 pm and they responded with an alternator at a reasonable price and expert workmanship right in the parking lot where I was stuck. I was blessed to have their help. I see them becoming number 1 . Professional and trusted

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this mechanic! He is very knowledgeable and understands everything about semi-trucks. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the engine light issues, as well as repaired the broken seatbelt sign on both the driver and passenger sides. He also repaired broken wires and resolved all the problems efficiently. The mechanic and his friend were both very friendly and professional. Even though the mechanic primarily speaks Spanish, he communicated well with the help of a translator. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and will definitely continue using this shop for my truck repairs. Highly recommend!
